Pay Scale (Salary Plan) for Indian Air Force Agniveer Vayu Recruitment 2023 – Each Agniveer will get a salary of 30 thousand months in the first year of recruitment. anymore, Agniveer’s salary will be 33 thousand in the second year, 36.5 thousand in the third year and 40 thousand in the fourth year. However, 30-30 per cent will be deducted every year from his salary towards retirement package and the same will be deposited in Agniveer Core Fund. On the other hand, the government will also put the same amount (deducted amount) in this fund. The pay plan (figure) can also be seen from the table below:
After 4 years of service as Agniveer in Indian Air Force – Rs 11.71 Lakh as Service Fund Package + Skilled Certificate will be awarded to Agniveer.
Up to 25% of the candidates will be enrolled (reserved) in the regular cadre of the Indian Air Force after 4 years of service as Agniveer in the Indian Air Force.
Educational Qualification for Indian Air Force Agniveer Vayu Recruitment 2023 –
For Science Subject:
Candidates who have 10+2 Intermediate with Mathematics, Physics and English with minimum 50% marks. and 50% marks in English. Or
Candidates having 3 years Diploma in Engineering (Mechanical/ Electrical/ Electronics/ Automobile/ Computer Science/ Instrumentation Technology/ Information Technology) with minimum 50% marks in English and 50% marks in English in Diploma course. Or
Candidates having 2 years Vocational course from any recognized board with non vocational subject Physics and Mathematics with minimum 50% marks in aggregate and 50% marks in English.
For other than science stream:
Candidates who have 10+2 Intermediate with minimum 50% marks and 50% marks in English. Or
Candidates having 2 years Vocational Course with minimum 50% aggregate and 50% marks in English.

Benefits for Indian Air Force Agniveer Recruitment 2023:
The service period under this recruitment is for 4 years.
Agniveer candidates will get 10% Reservation in recruitment of Assam Rifles, CAPFs.
Other state police departments like Uttar Pradesh / Madhya Pradesh will also give preference to Agniveer candidates in the recruitment of their police department.
Life insurance cover of Rs. Agniveers will be provided Rs 48 lakh for the duration of their engagement as Agniveers in the Indian Air Force.

Agniveers will get 30 days sick leave annually on the basis of medical advice.
