Students and parents in these states are specifically advised to contact their nearest school for more information regarding school closures. In this matter, ANI also tweeted that, ‘In view of the very rapid spread of H3N2 virus, all schools in Puducherry will remain closed from 16 to 26 March.’

The spread of H3N2 virus is increasing rapidly in India in the last two to three months.
